I have never been a big Black Friday shopper myself.  Although I would love the deals - I don't really like dealing with the crowds, and I would rather spend my precious days off with my family.  That being said, I DO love the fact that the sales have come to the internet world!  I can still get great deals while relaxing at home with the family!  Bonus!

Trick or Treat? A Treat I Think!

The principal and vice principal at our neighboring school (we are K-4 and they are 5-6 right next door) came over today bearing treats - coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.  They said we deserved it since we would be dealing with sugar crazed kiddos the next two days.

Twelve years ago today I got my best Christmas present ever!  My fourth child, Tyler was born!  When they released him from the hospital they sent him home in a giant stocking, so we have always called him our Christmas present. I cannot believe how fast the time goes!  We will be braving the weather to go over the mountain from Nevada to California to eat at his favorite restaurant Dave and Busters today.
