Oh' Boy 4th Grade, this is the first time for me to participate in the Currently - which is super fun and I learned how to do something new with PowerPoint - woo hoo! Thank you to
The Teacher's Cauldron for the quick tutorial. (If you don't know how to fill out the Currently, be sure to check it out).
If you want to play along, click on her button below and go link up!
PowerPoint is also really fun for making worksheets!

I was trying to run through all my favourite read alouds to choose one - can't believe that I forgot about Pete the Cat. Read it once or twice (serious sarcasm font) this year. And it is fabulous. Great choice.

Hopping over from Currently... I love power point too!
ReplyDeleteI have heard about Pete the Cat but I have yet to experience the rumored awesomeness of him. I will have to look into it! I taught JH and moved to elementary last year. I love it but I missed my older ones too! I'm your newest follower!

Good luck with your switch! I am looking forward to following your journey. I wonder if you, like me, (another new blogger) wonder about finding time to blog once school starts?!

ReplyDeleteCongrats on your new job! I too am taking on a totally new position. I will be a Teaching and Learning Coach for K-5 teachers. It is a whole new world going from teaching students and teaching teachers. lol I am always up for a challenge, so I know it will be fine. Just a little nervous. lol
ReplyDeleteI am so happy to be following your blog. I will be looking for lots of awesome ideas next year to share with my fellow teachers. :)
@Lynn- I have the same concerns regarding having time to blog. I have practically lived on these things for the last few weeks. I will go through withdrawals. lol
